A free, all ages "scavenger" type hunt looking for 20 architectural designs or items on 1st and 2nd Avenues, downtown Albany between Calapooia St. and Lyons St. The event will be held Saturday, January 24, 2026. Participants will check in at the Carnegie Library (302 SW Ferry) amd receive 20 numbered photos of the items sought as well as a blank map on which they can mark items as they find them. All items can be seen from th sidewalks. The finish will be at the Albany Regional Museum for cookies, hot cider, and prizes for those who find the most items. Check in is between 11 am and 12:30 pm at the Carnegie. The search must be finished at the Albany Regional Museum before 2 pm.
