Decorating Day
Registered Silent Auction Designers drop off decorated tabletop trees and wreaths at the Civic Center between 7am and 7pm. See registration confirmation email for details. Registration opens 10/11 on this site,

Tea in the Trees
Hostesses reserve a table, invite 7 friends, and set a beautiful Tea Table using their own linens, dish- ware, tea set, and centerpiece. Lunch and tea is provided by Intermountain. Viewing of the artistic tea tables, the Festival Trees, and Silent Auction Mezzanine begins at 11:30am, with lunch and program beginning at 12:30pm. Advance table reservation required for hostesses. The cost is $315/ table of 8. Hostess table reservations being taken now. A limited number of tickets are also available to attend as a guest of an Intermountain Hostess. Individual tickets are $45. A 16 & Over Event,
Enjoy an evening strolling through the Festival Trees and Silent Auction Mezzanine to the live music of David & Deidre Casey, while enjoying gourmet appetizers and complimentary champagne or sparkling cider. 5:30-8pm. $25 advance ticket purchase. A 16 and over event.

Starlight Gala
Dinner & Live Auction
This exclusive evening begins with a sumptuous dinner catered by Chili O'Briens, followed by the highly anticipated main event: the live auction of the Ballroom Festival Trees. The Starlight Gala is an invitation-only event that fills up quickly and serves as the Festival's pinnacle fundraising event in support of Intermountain. A 21 & Over Event
Dance the night away to live music that will get you moving. Food and bar service available for purchase. Doors open at 7pm. Music begins at 8pm and the evening wraps up around 11pm. $25 advance ticket purchase.
