Percy Jackson Party
Friday, January 26th at 4 p.m.

Celebrate the finale of the new Percy Jackson TV series with a party at Darien Library. We will have blue snacks, trivia, crafts, games, and more to enjoy as we discuss all things Greek Mythology. This event is put on in coordination with the Greek Mythology Club at Darien High School!

Midterm Mindfulness
Tuesday, January 9th at 4 p.m.

Midterms are a stressful time for high schoolers, and at the Library, we have you covered! We will provide snacks, crafts, resources, and study spaces for teens to get ready for their exams and keep stress levels low.

Cute and Cuddly Creatures
Wednesday, January 10th at 3:30 p.m.

In collaboration with the Darien Nature Center, we will be bringing cute animals to Darien Library for teens to de-stress before midterms! Come hang out with ferrets, chinchillas, rabbits, sugar gliders, and more! Take some selfies and enjoy your day with adorable animals!

Historical Miniature Gaming Club
Wednesday, January 17th at 4 p.m.

Players will participate in strategy based games using painted miniature figures and terrained boards reminiscent of some famous conflicts in history. This month, reenact the Last Kingdom battle, when Alfred the Great fought back against the Vikings to decide the fate of England.

DIY Teens: Snow Globes
Tuesday, January 23rd at 4 p.m.

Calling all crafters! Join us to create your very own snow globe to celebrate the winter season. Decorate with trees, forest animals, and lots of glitter! Use your creativity to design your own snow globe masterpiece.

DIY Teens: Snowman Smoothies
Wednesday, January 31st at 4 p.m.

Create a frosty treat with our snowman smoothie craft! Blend vanilla yogurt, banana, and ice to make the base. Then, decorate with candy buttons and nose. Perfect for a winter activity at the Library!
