The 900-square-foot store is owned by Songzi Snodgrass and her husband, David Snodgrass, who share a passion for good food and great design, resulting in exceptionally beautiful arrangements.

Graze Craze elevates popular graze-style dining to a new level. Its stores are powered by expert Grazologists™ who curate charcuterie boards using a variety of high-quality ingredients such as premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables and more, accompanied by house-made sauces, dips and jams. Each spread features a complementary blend of flavors, colors and textures for the ultimate grazing experience.

“I love taking on new challenges, using my creative side to craft boards, and bringing joy to our community with healthy bites everyone can indulge in,” said Songzi Snodgrass, who is returning to the workforce with years of experience in fashion design and online resale. “We were drawn to the Graze Craze concept because it focuses on healthy food and the gift of sharing it with others, allowing us to pursue our dreams of opening an eatery.”

Their Graze Craze menu incorporates a range of styles to satisfy many different palates and dietary preferences, including:

·         Sweet & Grazey – An abundance of desserts, like chocolates and baked goods, paired with sweet dips.

·         The Gone Grazey – A blend of cured meats, premium cheeses, crackers, fresh produce, nuts and other tastes. “It has everything,” said Songzi Snodgrass, who highly recommends it.

·         The Vegegrazian – A vibrant medley of fruits, vegetables and cheese.

·         Grazey for Keto – More protein and fewer sugar and carbs so that keto followers can stay on track.

·         The Picnic Box – A boxed version of Sweet & Grazey, Gone Grazey, Vegegrazian or Grazey for Keto, perfect for date nights, intimate anniversary celebrations or day-trip picnics.

The charcuterie arrangements are available in different sizes, from Char-Cutie-Cups and Grab & Graze options for nibbling to sharing-size boards with enough fresh food to feed a party. The food displays are ideal for family gatherings, weddings, graduation parties, business meetings and  luncheons, while they also make for memorable corporate and personal gifts that always impress.

Born and raised in Beijing, China, Songzi Snodgrass traces her creative spirit back to her grandmother, a movie costume designer who lovingly made clothes for her as a child. Her husband, David Snodgrass, owns and operates a premium horse feed import business, and together they see unique opportunities to collaborate, saying, “We’ll have something special for both the grazing horses and the people who care for them.”
