Graze Craze Opens Its First Location Serving Tacoma

TACOMA, Wash. (Dec. 11, 2025) – Graze Craze®, where beautiful grazing boards and boxes make for a delicious way to “Celebrate Everything,” has opened its first Tacoma location at 118 S. 9th Street in the heart of downtown. The 1,270-square-foot store is owned by Adrian Garib and Jennifer Sparks, a veteran couple eager to bring people together with good food and good times.

“We’re most excited about becoming part of the Tacoma community in a meaningful way,” said Sparks. “We want Graze Craze to be a place people think of for their special occasions, office events, and all of life’s celebrations—big or small. We love the idea of combining an innovative, house-made product with a brand that emphasizes spending time together and truly connecting.”

Graze Craze is a fast-growing group of charcuterie stores where expert teams of Grazologists™ curate charcuterie boards using a variety of high-quality ingredients. Only the best go on the board or in the box: premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables, and more—paired with house-made sauces, dips, and jams. Each display features a complementary blend of flavors, colors, and textures for the ultimate grazing experience.

The Graze Craze Tacoma menu features signature favorites:

Gone Grazey: A well-balanced mix of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, veggies, and more—the best way to sample a little of everything.
Sweet & Grazey: A decadent spread for dessert lovers, with chocolate, fruit, cookies, and indulgent dips.
Vegegrazian: A vibrant vegetarian option loaded with seasonal produce and bold flavors from house-made dips.

In addition to these core offerings, the Tacoma location also features a selection of seasonally rotating boards that highlight fresh, local ingredients. Most recently, the team introduced a Wine Pairing Board, designed to complement a variety of red and white wines with thoughtfully curated cheeses, meats, fruits, and accompaniments.

Garib and Sparks love everything on the menu, but their personal favorite is the Brunch Board, which offers breakfast proteins, fresh fruit, and pastries—an ideal centerpiece for larger gatherings.

“It’s such a fun alternative to the usual donuts or bagels,” added Sparks. “It gives a creative twist to charcuterie—an unexpected delight for your next gathering.”

Boards are available in a variety of sizes, perfect for anything from a date night to a large party or event. Custom orders are welcome, and every board is made fresh to order. Pickup and local delivery are both available.

Garib recently retired after 21 years of service in the U.S. Army, where he trained and mentored thousands of soldiers in Aviation. Sparks is also an Army veteran, bringing more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and project management. Outside of work, the couple shares a love for the Seattle Sounders, but football season brings friendly rivalry—Sparks is a committed Seattle Seahawks fan, while Garib champions the New York Jets.

Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (closed on Sundays).
