Schedule of Event:

Friday Feb 16th
Skijoring Course creation begins/finishes.
6 pm - Course Director and Competitors review of course.
6 pm to 8 pm - Earlier Bird Registration at the Longhorn Saloon and Grill. (This is not required but
highly recommended).

Saturday Feb 17th
NOTE: ONE practice runs/Warm up will be allowed prior to the start of the Snowboard Division.
7:00 am -Completion of the course and Final set-up.
7:00 am - Registration opens for Winter Festival Events.
9:00 am - Registration closes for Skijoring (Snowboard Division).
9:45 am - All Horses and Competitor line the course for the National Anthem.
10 am Winter Festival BEGINS

Snowboard Division
Powder Puff Division
Young Guns Division
Classic Division
Open Division

The Short Round of every division will have a Calcutta and be raced following that division's Long Round.
The registration of the division that is up next will close following the short round Calcutta of the division
on the course. The tempo will be determined by the number of participants of the previous division. The
announcer will keep participants updated but it is the responsibility of each competitor to know their
start time and position.
Awards will follow each division and be held on the course.

This is a great way for the whole family to get out and play for a day in February.The fun starts at 10am and goes until all of the divisions have finished.
What to Expect: There will be delicious food from several vendors, resturants and fun drink specials throughout the town.
Cost: *$5 open container wristbands to help support this free event.
Find the 2 wristband booths when you arrive and you're set to go for the day! One at City Hall (Winter Festival Headquarters) and the other across the street in front of Rehab Soltuions.
A FREE family friendly event.
