Xavier Brown, a senior at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) and a Crossett, AR native, has been selected as a 2025 New Leaders Council (NLC) Arkansas Fellow. According to the NLC website, Brown will join a network of more than 13,000 NLC alumni, making a collective impact in non-profit organizations, labor rights, government, and the private sector.
