About Us:

Established in 1941 by the DeKalb County Commission. Along with the libraries in Collinsville, Crossville, Geraldine, Henagar, Ider and Rainsville we serve the entire popluation of DeKalb County which is curently over 68,500. DeKalb Public has a large circulating and reference collection with an extensive Local History and Genealogy Department. Bookmobile and Books-by-Mail services are also provided.
