The mission of the Hasbrouck Heights School District is to provide each student with a diverse education, aligned with New Jersey Core Content Curriculum Standards, and with a safe, supportive environment that promotes self-discipline, motivation, and excellence in learning. The Hasbrouck Heights team joins the parents and community to assist the students in developing skills to become independent and self-sufficient adults, who will succeed and contribute responsibly in a global community.

Hasbrouck Heights administrators, teachers, guidance counselors, in fact all staff members, are committed to making sure that every student graduating from Hasbrouck Heights High School has a career plan that includes an educational component either on-the-job or in an educational setting (military, technical, two-or four-year college or apprenticeship).
