The Napa Truffle Festival is North America's premier truffle event, uniquely featuring the best Michelin Star chefs and world's top truffle scientists. The festival will showcase the black Périgord truffle and the black summer Burgundy truffle through a variety of cooking classes, demonstrations and truffle cultivation seminars, culminating in a multi-course truffle banquet with each course prepared by a Michelin star chef. Top truffle scientists will cover the principles of truffle cultivation based on rigorous scientific methodology and research, plus other exciting activities.
