The SA is one of the nation's strongest and most dynamic student governments. With a budget of $1.3 million dollars, we allocate this money to the more than 200 student organizations on campus, as well as the Recreation Services , Student Legal Assistance, Campus Childcare Center, and Health Enhancement, all the while operating one of the nation's largest student run bussing system, the Huskie Line.We are working hard to represent the students of NIU and we welcome students to make your voice heard on campus by telling us what you want out of your college experience. The Organizational Expo is one of the great programs the SA provides to expose students to organizations on campus. The Expo showcases all of NIU's student organizations and what they have to offer. Games, food, raffles, and prizes will be provided while you learn about organizations which may interest you. We encourage you to get involved on campus. Being involved in a student organization helps to enrich your college experience. The SA is focused on serving students.
