During the season, naturally grown tomatoes, spinach, beans, onions, peppers, cabbage, peas, cauliflower, broccoli, eggplants, squash, zucchini, lettuce, greens, herbs, and fresh flowers, will be included in this package.
We are transitioning greenhouse/and fields to organic gardening. By the end of March, initial phase installation of the deer fence will finish. Expect early production of tomato, peppers, and greens from the greenhouse. Field planting will commence in April with transplants and direct sowing. Sprouts and wheat grass start directly in the germ chamber. Later, there will be small fruits, apples and peaches, heirlooms if practical. Our specialty, cut flowers are available now, anemones and sweet peas, and roses. In May, flats of annuals and perennials as always.
